Warranty Coverage

Our warranties cover the specific solar equipment and services outlined in your policy, which may include solar panels, inverters, racking, labor, and roof penetrations.

Coverage applies only to systems that are properly installed and maintained according to manufacturer guidelines.

Exclusions may include damages caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or systems not registered within 30 days of installation.

Claims Process

To file a claim, contact us at info@sunsure.com with your policy number and proof of system ownership.

Claims must be reported within [30] days of the incident.

We reserve the right to inspect the system before authorizing repairs or replacements.

Fees & Payments

Your policy includes $0 deductible, $0 subscription fees, and no transfer fees unless otherwise stated.

All payments for warranties are due in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Transfer of Warranty

Coverage is transferable to a new homeowner if the property is sold, provided that notice is given to us within [30] days of transfer.

Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost energy savings.

Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of covered equipment under your warranty.

Termination of Coverage

We reserve the right to terminate coverage in the event of fraud, misrepresentation, or nonpayment.

Customers may cancel coverage within [30] days of purchase for a full refund, provided no claims have been filed.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.”
